    Support that knows your software

Your support agent reads the code, not just the website.

Most support tools guess. This one reads your codebase, your docs, the customer's log file, and your production data. Then it drafts a reply that is actually grounded in your software.

    The problem

A support answer written without the code is a guess.

The customer describes a symptom. The tool reads your marketing site. You get a polite reply that helps nobody. So the ticket lands on you, at night, and you go digging through logs yourself.

    What it does each day

Every day it asks for the log file, builds the case file, drafts the reply. You hit send.

    1. 01

      Asks for the log file

A short, plain request to the customer. One template, sent unattended, always the same words.

    2. 02

      Builds the case file

The log, the matching code path, the relevant doc, the customer's real state in production. One page you can read in a minute.

    3. 03

      Drafts the reply

Written against the case file, not a guess. It waits in your queue until you press send.

    What it reads

Four sources. All of them read only.

    • Your codebaseRead only
    • Your knowledge baseRead only
    • The customer's log fileRead only
    • Your production dataRead only

It never writes to your systems. No migrations, no config changes, no deploys. It reads, and it drafts.

    The honest promise

No AI writing goes to your customer without you reading it first.

    Sent unattended

    Fixed templates only

The only messages that leave without a human are templates you wrote and approved. Same words every time. Never composed by a model.

    Human gated

Every AI reply waits for you

Drafts sit in a queue. You read, you edit if you want, you press send. There is no setting that turns this off.

    How it is different

Other tools are good at other things.

    Website chatbots
They read your public pages and answer questions about pricing and features. Useful before the sale. They cannot see why a customer’s export failed at 03:12.
    Cloud inbox tools
Strong at routing, tagging, and keeping a team of ten in sync. The reply still has to be written by someone who knows the code. That someone is you.
    All in one AI suites
Support arrives bundled with marketing, sales, and a dashboard for each. Broad by design. We do one job: read your software, draft the answer.

    Questions

    A few honest answers.

Do you keep a copy of my code?
No. It reads the repository you connect, at the moment it needs it, and keeps only the case file for that ticket.
Can it change anything in production?
No. Access is read only, and it asks for the narrowest access that answers the question.
What if the draft is wrong?
You edit it or throw it away. Nothing was sent. The case file is still there, so you are faster either way.
    How long does setup take?
Connect a repo, a docs source, and an inbox. Most people finish in an afternoon.
Is it for teams or solo founders?
Both, up to about ten people. Past that you probably want a real help desk next to it.
